Design & Ordering

⛭ Do you offer custom design?
✧ Yes, we do. You can share your dream jewelry images with us, and we will create it for you.

⛭ How does a custom order work?
✧ We welcome custom and personalized orders! Here's our simple process:

  1. Start a conversation with one of our jewelry designers. Share your design ideas or images.

  2. We’ll create a CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and send it for your approval.

  3. Once approved, we will cut & polish your Moissanite and begin manufacturing.

  4. Before shipping, we’ll share images and videos of your jewelry.
    → Your dream piece will soon be in your hands!

⛭ Can I customize an ElysianCarats design?
✧ Yes! Most of our designs can be customized—whether it’s swapping Moissanite for Diamonds, Sapphires, or Emeralds, or altering prong styles. Minimal design tweaks incur small fees, while extensive modifications may involve custom pricing. Contact us to explore the possibilities.

⛭ Can I order an ElysianCarats design with any center stone size & shape?
✧ Absolutely. Our designs accommodate center stones from 0.30 to 3.0 carats in shapes like oval, pear, brilliant, and more. Reach out for custom options.

⛭ Can I upgrade my diamond in the future?
✧ Yes, ElysianCarats offers a lifetime diamond upgrade program.

⛭ Do you offer engraving?
✧ Yes, we offer engraving services for free.

⛭ Can I buy a setting without purchasing a diamond?
✧ Yes, settings can be purchased separately.

⛭ Do you make men's jewelry?
✧ Yes, we create men’s jewelry on a custom basis. Share your reference images at support@elysiancarats.com, and we’ll craft it for you.

⛭ Do you accept phone orders?
✧ Yes, we do. Call us at +1 (708) 300-0187 and we’ll assist you.

⛭ Can I pay using two credit cards?
✧ Not directly. But we can split your order into multiple invoices so you can use more than one card. Contact us for help.

⛭ Do you offer payment plans?
✧ Yes. We offer a 3-part payment plan:

  1. 35% to start the CAD process

  2. 35% before stone cutting & polishing

  3. 30% before final shipment

⛭ Is rush order service available?
✧ Yes! We offer rush order service at no extra charge. Contact us at support@elysiancarats.com for exact timing.

Moissanite and Metal

⛭ What is Moissanite?
✧ Moissanite is a brilliant gemstone with fire and luster exceeding even diamonds. It’s not cubic zirconia—it’s a durable, diamond-like gem that lasts forever.

⛭ Are Moissanite stones available in all shapes & sizes?
✧ Yes, available in Round, Princess, Pear, Oval, Radiant, Trillion, Marquise, Emerald, Cushion and from 0.05ct to 15.0ct.

⛭ Are your Moissanite diamonds Charles & Colvard?
✧ No. We manufacture our own Moissanite in Surat, India. All stones are cut & polished by expert artisans from the ElysianCarats family.

⛭ Are your Moissanite diamonds certified?
✧ Yes. All stones are certified by international labs. A $50 certification charge applies. You may also verify at a lab in your country.

⛭ Is your jewelry made in solid gold?
✧ Yes. All jewelry is made in 10KT, 14KT, or 18KT solid gold—available in white, yellow, or rose gold.

⛭ Do your pieces have metal authenticity stamps?
✧ Yes, each piece is hallmarked and verified by an international lab before shipping.

⛭ What metal do you use?
✧ We use solid gold only, certified and stamped for authenticity.

Processing & Shipping

⛭ How long will my order take?
✧ Each piece is handcrafted just for you. Standard orders take up to 3 weeks plus shipping time. Custom or engraved orders may need a bit more time.

⛭ Do you ship internationally?
✧ Yes, we ship worldwide.

⛭ How can I track my order?
✧ Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link. For any issues, contact support@elysiancarats.com.

⛭ Can I change my shipping address?
✧ Yes, but only before your item ships. After dispatch, changes aren’t possible, and we won’t be liable for lost parcels due to incorrect addresses.

Returns, Resizing & Repairs

⛭ What is ElysianCarats' return & refund policy?
✧ Returns are accepted within 14 days if unworn. A 10% restocking fee applies. Exchanges are available for items of equal or greater value.

⛭ Can I resize my ring if it doesn’t fit?
✧ Yes! We resize ElysianCarats rings for free, except eternity bands, which incur a $100 resizing fee. Ring size confirmation is needed before production for eternity styles.
